Photographer's Note

I browsed my old TE photos, and I think that I can do many of them better now, with more experience and techniques that I learned here, on TE. This is the reason for yesterday’s re-post, and for this one.

A few months ago, I posted this photo of a cactus leaf. It was quite a success then, but I felt that I could have done better. So today I met another field of cactus plants, and I tried again. I tried some DOF work, level adjustments, and a different angle. I kept the grains, and the pale color. I hope that it is more interesting now.
After posting, and thanks to Elroyie.
This cactus plant is called TZABAR in hebrew. And this is also a nickname for Israel-born children like me..Because of the spikes, and the soft sweet fruit. That's how we are, sweet and spiky.
