Photographer's Note

Would be useful to read this note:

The middle region of South Lebanon from the Adir mountain lookout, 1008m above sea level.

" Adir", the mountain name, in free translation from Hebrew is "Mighty" and its location on the Upper-Glilee is at 33.033, 35.37 on the map.

Distance to the Blue-Line border (where the green forest ends) is about 2.5 km, the large town across the border in the center of the picture is Rmaych.

This is Khezbollah land, which control the region, and it is believed the area is well fortified and tunnels dug, armed with different rockets & missiles ready to be launched onto Israel, like it was in the second Lebanon-War in 2006.

Future posts will show more pictures from this high POV and about the border fences and walls with interesting graffiti painted but more attention to show the preparation on the Israel side of the border.

RAW, F13.0, 1/130, ISO100, spot.
