There are places in Saudi with very bizarre deformed trees. Could not figure out what kind of natural elements have deformed them so much to this stage. Wind? Light? Moon gravity? Never mind...It is interresting anyway...I found that the photograph in B&W keeps the eye focussed on the bizarre form of the tree trunk and the contrast of the scene.

you are right it is strange tree. B/W works to take the attention on the figure.
Taking photos at outside is very challenging in this climate. :)
