Photographer's Note
Young lady, green bean and onion seller waiting for next customer on her stand. They are generally coming from local villages and selling their own grown products. New generation of marketplaces are covered by steel roofs, arranged with concrete stands instead of natural, authentic weekly market styles, laying on alleys of town. I dislike new system because the lights and loosing their traditional ambiance.
How do you like your green bean dish? I like it mother style; Cooked with fresh tomato, garlic and famous Aegean olive oil, prefer serve cold. Bon appetit!

Many cheers you to all,

ohhh! I like it! I'm a huge fan of those wide angle portraits in the market where you use the products as a foreground. Really nice!
The colors are fantastic. It seems like everything matches perfectly! The green of the beans really splash out and the light on the wooden ceiling gives amazing warm tones.
But the best is the stance of the girl. She's just so relax for the photo. Either you were excellent to converse with her and make sure she feels good with you taking a picture of her, or it's just her personality to be so relax. But anyway, the results is good and it really makes the picture.
I really really like this one,
Marc

That sigma lens has done a great job here. The beans are wonderfully depicted in sharp detail and the queen a real beauty! She looks like the Roms we have over here. A perfect picture of those street markets.

Bonjour Ertugrul,
Très belle image! Cette jeune femme est absolument superbe!
Excellente compo, lumière et couleurs top.
Le cadrage est à mon avis un peu moins bon. Il y a un peu trop de toiture. Un format carré aurait été meilleur.
Amitiés.

Hello Ertugrul,
yes, I do like green beans, but our variety is much smaller and thinner (I think they call it string beans in English). And we cook it almost with the same recipe: garlic, olive oil, and sometime tomatos... And they are really green in your photo and contrasts wonderfully with the red scarf and veil of the woman. The ambience is well depicted with an eviable DOF and clarity. I can see your professional touch...
Best greetings,
Donato

I prefer them steamed and with a splash of Portuguese olive oil!
This is a type of green beans quite difficult to find in Australia even if they are very common in Europe and other parts of the world.
It is a very nice portrait of the lady and a very nice shot too. I would have cropped a bit of the roof which I thing does not add much to the picture. Otherwise, it has very good colours and an excellent POV. Well done.

hello Ertugrul
Wow! You went to Turkey!
Looks very good sharpness here with your SWA lens and really covers a wide view to show the market. Good choice of light to avoid the shadow which often is tricky for anything under the roof but for this one, I can see the roof is split with skylight at the ridge.
I would like to try your cooking! :)

Hi, Ertugrul -
Great pose, good use of diagonals to point to her face. Considering it's a super wide angle, the distortion generally isn't too bad, except for the onions (the green beans also show some, but along their long axes, so it's not as obvious).
Best,
Dan

Merhaba Ertugrul.
A colorful, truthful, and most detailed market corner. Flawless shot, both technically and in terms of atmosphere. This really feels and looks like those wonderfully old-fashioned street market scenes I grew up with as a kid in Italy... TFS! Have a good evening, I'll be seeing you.

Merhaba Ertugrul,
A masterful work of compo and light! What colours, what clarity! One almost forgets how challenging the light might be there!
The vegetables, with emphasis on the green beans, the structure of the market and the cases on the BG make a very nice framing to the beautiful and photogenic model with her strong look.

the vendor's attire blends well with the fresh produce she is selling. the not-so-bright upper portion of the frame makes the capture more presentable by giving the clarity to the main subjects. i love half boiled fayva beans with a dash of italian dressings on it...wheew....!!

Hi Ertugrul,
Very beautiful quality of the photograph so much in the lights than in the natural colors, I like much the smoothness of the image… and the pretty smile of the saleswoman. The wide-angle lens gives an appreciable depth and volume to space. Beautiful vegetables in the foreground. This Nikon is a good camera. Thank you Ertugrul.
