A picture taken at Konya last month.The Mevlana complex and the Selimiye Mosque are undoubtly the most popular place to visit in Konya, and I always try to be around early in the morning and late in the evening.

Mevlana'yı hep gündüz gözüyle görmeye alışmıştık. Bu alışılmışın dışında, içinde gün kızıllığının ve geometrik siluetlerin olduğu bir Mevlana karesi sizin elinizden bir başka güzel olmuş.

Beautiful colours, which are really enhanced by the wonderful silhoette of the the towers and domes of this mosque. The spacing of the towers is really good, close enough to show details but not so close that it crowds the frame. Excellent!

The beautifull silouettes against the magical colors of the sunset seem a familiar photo, yet so much different from all the rest. Is it the colors?, is it the composition? is it the expert? or is it the 'eye'? I could add the word magical to the title 'Magical Sunset at Mevlana'. Best personal regards. Salvator.

merhaba hocam,
bende bugün antepe giderken mevlana türbesine uğradım. fakat kapalıymış..dışarıdan bir kaç fotoğraf çektim..mevlana türbesini başkaları hangi açı ile çekmiş diye bakayım dedim..bu fotoğrafınızı gördüm..gerçekten çok güzel bir anda çekmişsiniz..bulutlar ve havadaki tonlar muhteşem..ellerinize sağlık..selam ve saygılarımla..
