Hello dear Angshuman, my neighbour today !
Nice capture of this entrance of the New Mosque in İstanbul from a quite differnet pov than many photographers are used to do.
Slightly excentered pov creates a perfect effect and of course the shapr leafs of the pot plants in the garden.

Bu let me add a nice story to it : When I was in US two years ago an American friend of me had guided me in a historical museum in Chicago.
Showing me the info cards and allways repeating, "this one is too old, it dates back to 100 years" etc etc...
Than I stopped it and said : "We have in İstanbul a mosque which is called -New Mosque- as it is only 400 years old" !

Yes 350 years is relatively new when measured against the timeline of the long history of mankind. Interesting choice of POV and angle. The minarets look like they will converge, but I know they are wide apart. Fantastic contrast with the clear blue sky. Nice depiction of Islamic architecture. Cette mosquée est de toute beauté mais assez difficile à photographier avec tous les obstacles autour. Sans ce poteau noir qui traverse de bas en haut, elle était parfaite car la lumière est merveilleuse.

Hello Angshuman,
You found a fine low POV for this photo. Contrary to most pictures of this mosque it is entirely focused on the elegant domes and minarets, not the swarms of pigeons that charactrize the square in front of it. I like the perfect parallel between the left minaret and the silhouette of the pole in the foreground.

hello Angshu, How the idea old and new is relative in different places. More than four hundreds years old and is called New. But compared with Haghia Sophia it is indeed new. Creative composition of this magnificent mosque. Fantastic colours. I like these dark palm leaves.
Nice memories from this town and his inhabitants :)).

spectacular architecture, Istanbul is very first on my list of cities to visit. But it won't happen in the next years so I am glad I can admire it in your beautiful presentation here. I like the blue sky which adds much color here. The highlight is the creative geometry which you have employed here. It makes the picture really eye catching

Hello Angshuman

Very good graphism of the dark column at left and I like the parallel angle. Nice inclusion of the moon which is symbolic of Islam and also on the Turkish flag. Excellent sharpness and the lens barrel distortion from the wide angled lens has been well managed. Tfs!

because I love Istanbul, and I love the Yeni Camii as well, I must admire this good photo.
You have chosen a special framing, in an efficient low-angle shot, in order to emphasize the elegance of this beautiful architecture, with a good feel of perspective.
The black silhouette of the column in foreground makes this photo different of the others of this same building.
An excellent work.
