the lighthouse and water towers stand out well, but so do all the tankers and fishing boats.

Great to see you posting again! We have missed you. A stunning Istanbul sunset and my commiserations for the people killed and injured in both Istanbul and Ankara. I really think this latest bombing in Sultanahmet targetting tourists will end the Turk Government's tacit support of Daesh. The enemy of my enemy is my friend statement comes to mind. Daesh just made themselves a new enemy by attacking Turkey. Sorry to delve into politics and I will now critique the shot. Okay I love the 2/3 ratio of sky to 1/3 water. Amazing repetition of the seabirds and gulls in the sky and a wonderful warm orange sunset tint to the sky which contrasts well against the grey blue water. Tfs!

Merhaba Reşat,

A very big picture with fantastic pink colours to the sky.
The much birds are exactly all black dots to the sky.
Composition and presentation are perfect done.
An excellent perspective and depth image.
