Hello Alin,
Nice capture from Pamukkale, a very famous natural wonder, also under protection as world heritage of Unesco. Good pov and nice light balance.
But if you don't mind I have to make a slight correction: it's not a house but a sarcophagus from Roman period. A kind of coffin in which people was been burried when they passed away. At the back some of other sarcaphagusses can be seen. A sarcophagus is a funeral receptacle for a corpse, most commonly carved or cut from stone. The word "sarcophagus" comes from the greek sarx meaning "flesh", and phagein meaning "to eat", hence sarkophagus means "flesh-eating"; from the phrase lithos sarkophagos the word came to refer to the limestone that was thought to decompose the flesh of corpses interred within it.
TFS and best regards

Good evening Alin,
A beautiful image. This sarcophagus and its site cause the interrogation. I thank Mesutilgim for his clear and interesting explanation. It is a good realization, with the well managed exposure and with a good clearness. Cheer.

Hello Alin,
So far I've seen lots of pictures of the famous natural wonder in Pamukkale but this is the first time I see one with a sarcophagus on these terraces.
Perfect combination of history and extraordinary nature.
Best regards, Paul

dear Alin,
a beautiful view shot like on the cloud,
pure white limestone makes splendid landscape,
and this old stone house and distant houses look not on the ground but on the cloud or flowing water indeed.
thank you for your fantastic shot,
Akihisa

Very good photo. It is not a sarchophage though, but a tomb building. It may have had a sarchophage inside instead.

Hi Alin,
A really fine composition of a very interesting and atmospheric place.
I like the way you brought out the textures in the structure as well as in the limestone. But I wonder how it would have looked with a little more sharpening..
Best,
Michael

Astonishing aspect of this spectacular site. Curious this sarcophagus captive of limestone. One wonders how it could be built in this environment. A photo good made up and having a beautiful light environment, well done Alin.
