Photographer's Note

Hagia Sophia was a christian cathedral from 562 to 1453 and a mosque from 1453 to 1931. It was the largest cathedral in the world for nearly a thousand years. Since 1935 Hagia Sophia has been a museum and shows details from both christian and muslim era.

Being one of the most popular sights in Istanbul, there is nothing original in picture. However I am quite satisfied with the result with wide angle objective on this low light. 13 mm, ISO 1600.
