Photographer's Note

We went for a hike around the town of Hajara. Beautiful landscapes, really nice people. We were invited into many homes for tea or food.

ALong the way we run into this kid who was moving about in his donkey. I really liked the way he fitted into the landscape without any modern objects at all, so that this photo could have been taken even 80 years ago.

Hola Daniel,

This is a nice image. The donkey and his master look great in ths rugged environment. I guess donkeys are well adapted for this terrain. The image is clear with good colours and sharpness. The placement of the subject is also very effective. Good work Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

Wonderful. At first, I wonderedd why you cut off the shadow. But later on, I saw that the rocks in the left had to be included to be able to know the road was curving in between there.
Very nice with the boy off-center in the foreground. Would have liked to see some camera settings to be shared though. But a good compo it is.

A lovely daily life shot, Daniel. The positioning of the donkey is perfect but leaves a part of the shadow cut off, but that's only a minor remark here. This is a wonderful picture.

Probably 80 years ago they also move in the same means of transport..
The kid is well placed,and the road turning at left and disappearing throught the rise in the ground is great.Both,kid and donkey have the colours of the landscape,so he fitted very well.I also like this way.TFS.

Traditionnel mais j'aime bien, peut-être un plan rapproché avec un gros plan de la tête de l'âne aurait été efficace également... En tout cas j'aime ton cadrage avec cette courbe du chemin...

L'avantage c'est que ca va moins vite qu'un A380 pour avoir le temps de prendre la photo !
Jolie scene sans age et une exposition bien maitrisee, juste un peu dommage d'avoir coupe l'ombre.
