Photographer's Note
Overlooking the roofs of Chinatown from the third floor of a hotel. A cool opportunity to get a shot without standing in the cold.
Chinatown in Montreal (French: Le quartier chinois de Montréal; simplified Chinese: 蒙特利尔唐人街; traditional Chinese: 蒙特利爾唐人街; pinyin: Méngtèlì'ěr Tángrénjiē) is located in the area of De la Gauchetière Street in Montreal. The neighborhood contains many Asian restaurants, food markets, and convenience stores as well being home to many of Montreal's East Asian community centres, such as the Montreal Chinese Hospital and the Montreal Chinese Community and Cultural Center.

Interesting indeed, Emmanuel - normally roof shots are disappointing, as most roofs are not really photo-worthy, but the snow cover here reverses that and instead enhances the nice light. Good strong lines follow the buildings down the street as well. Nice cityscape.
