There were strange skies here yesterday and suddenly the sun lighted the island in the middle of the river. It was a coo sigh. Not much PP here (a little cropping and a bit of levels) it was really like that.

Under the circumstances the light on the island is almost spooky...

Hi Mario,

The effect of this lighted island against the darkness is tremendous .. I actually think you could cop a bit from the bottom and the top without losing the dark to light effect .. I think that would further amplify the island. Very nice image. Well seen and well done.

WOW!! An incredible scene. The lighting is perfect, and since I like storms (well...storms without wind) this is perfect!! This sets a real mood.

c'est tellement sombre autour que ce rayon de lumiere n'en est que plus miraculeux, le contraste de lumiere est superbe, une belle capture de l'instant qui n'a certainement pas dure longtemps. Et felicitations pour ce bel appareil !
