Photographer's Note

In the midst of Sasquatch Provincial Park, Hicks Lake has camping facilities and a boat launch as do a number of other nearby areas in the park.
The area is predominated by tall mountains, forested with a mix of coniferous and deciduous trees. In the east and west, the slopes are steeper than the flatter north and south ends.
I captured this view thinking this tree needed to be isolated. It stands alone on this huge rock formation along the shore. This is a great place to enjoy a warm summer day. I really like this place for photography. Enjoy!
