Photographer's Note
Just a short 20 minutes’ gondola ride from the Whistler Village up, it seemed like instantly back to winter from spring. The snow was not fresh. But it still covered mountain slopes. From here, it was another ride on the Peak2Peak Gondola to Blackcomb. This is the largest free-span gondola expanse in the world, connecting Whistler and Blackcomb mountains just a little over 10 minutes. Because it was too early in the season (summer), most hiking trails were still closed.

Hi Tiffany,
Beautiful snowy mountains panorama, well composed with snow in the FG, trees and peaks in the BG, good light capture.

Hi Tiffany
ah....so I see you were not too far away from where I live, thats great. did you enjoy your time in western Canada...what places did you visit and for how long?
did you spend anytime in Vancouver?
its so strange to see photos from Whistler without people! but we get to enjoy the landscape more, and thats ok too.
nice to see the trees mixed in with the snow and mountains, i can almost smell the fresh air!
quite the change from your recent tropical posts
cheers
Craig

Hello Tiffany,
Not a tropical landscape this time but a very beautiful and serene winter landscape in the mountains.
Very nice with the different lines of trees appearing each time behind a snowy mountainside.
Best regards, Paul
