Photographer's Note

A view from the top of Whistler mountain, just after a ride on Peak to Peak Gondola. I saw blue everywhere and I was glad to know the temperature on the peaks is enough to keep some snow on them, even in the summer. I could have tried some hiking, but I was more like the regular tourists, taking as much shots as possible in one afternoon only. Some post processing was necessary to take the haze off but nothing is perfect :)

Olà Carlos,

I like the harmony of this beautiful shot: harmony between the colots ( blue and white), harmony too between the mountain and the sky. An harmony with a very good balalnce in the composition.

Ola Carlos,
nice the blue vision of from Whistler mountain,that i visited on April.The Mt was covered from snows and all the area was full from activies.Unless from htemain streets the smaller ones in the interior and toward the lakes were covered from snows.Unforgetable memories.

Beleza de fotografia para mostrar essa incrível paisagem. Só pelas montanhas pontudas, cheias de arestas, vê-se que são da costa do lado do pacífico nas américas, né? As do lado atlântico são arredondadas.

Lindos picos nevados, uma paisagem que não existe no Brasil. O azul aqui predomina, transmitindo uma atmosfera serena, de grande beleza. Òtimo trabalho!

nice to see the great mountain range in such clear weather. In india most of the peaks are of massive height so the weather is not so good for a long time. In this particular shot you have framed a long range of peaks which is really nice. Sky colour is a bit unnatural but graceful. Congrats and tfs.

We see almost the same colours between the mountain peaks and the cloudy sky.
Splendid mountain area, pleasant for look at.
The imminent sky care for a very well contrast.

Although the sky takes most space in your shot, the mountains do not seem low due to lots of snow on them. White snow and white clouds, blue mounts and blue sky - very harmonic and beautiful combination! Perfectly artistic picture!

Hi Carlos: BC offered diversity of seaside and mountains in a short ride. This is very good crystal like image of the mountain and the sky is much more beautiful than the time I was there. Very sharp details with very good land/sky division. Well done and best regards. Jusni
