In the heart of bustling downtown Vancouver B.C., Canada, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden offers a cultural experience. It is a feast for the senses and the mind, acclaimed for providing peace, tranquility, and delight for the nature lover, cultural tourist, philosopher, and sightseeing visitor.
Dr. Sun Yat-Sen is credited with leading the 1911 revolution that finally overthrew the Qing dynasty. He became the first president of the Republic of China in 1912, but after only a few short months in office he resigned as President and devoted his efforts to the economic development of China. A struggle and battle which he endured for the rest of his life.
Since his death in 1925, Dr. Sun Yat Sen's persona has evolved into a heroic symbol of modern China. He is canonized as Kuo Fu, the Father of the Country.

Excellent shot of a beautiful place, Stephan,with the blue lake on the foot of a pitoresque garden. Good composition, colours and lightness. The reflections in the lake are exceptionel sharp. Nice work.

Effectivement très calme. Belle prise de vue, au début je croyais que c'était au Jardin Botanique de Montréal.
La réflexion dans l'eau est superbe.

Belle réflexion dans l'eau! Les différents tons de vert ajoute beaucoup de contraste à cette belle prise de vue. Bravo!
