Photographer's Note

Before the arrival of Europeans, the current Mexican territory was inhabited by many native nations, some more developed than others, some largest than others, so it is common to find vestiges, some great as those of the Maya or the Toltec, other more modest.
This platform, belonging to the Huasteco people, also called Tenek, is located in Tamohi, a small and almost unknown archeological site, 6 km from Tamuin, state of San Luis Potosi, central Mexico.
