Photographer's Note
On returning from Muyil to the south, my driver pulled in to the parking area of a strip mall near Tulum ruins. He had received a number of insect bites in the bush and wanted to buy some ointment. So, while he was doing that, I wandered around and spotted two gentlemen costumed in their Day of the Dead (November 2) outfits. They offered photo opportunities, particularly for tourists with families, as well as selling souvenirs. The colours of their costumes, in combination with the presentation, were irresistible.

namaste, it is indeed a nice moment from this place. The local man with traditional dress is looking superb in such posture. You framed it nicely with the surrounding atmosphere. Very good light management. Excellent photo quality. Nice work. Tfs.

Howdy Ken,
A very exotic Day of the Dead costumed celebrant, the varying paint job and the magical feathered head dress.
Nicely done,
Cheers,
Ray
