Photographer's Note

Here is another variation of my beach photo idea, with the same elements- the sky, the sand, the sea, with waves crashing into the shore, with some pieces of corals and my blue slippers.. but this time from a different orientation. It was easy to put the shoreline in a somehow slanted perspective because the shoreline is really slanting. The sky was dark because it was also threatening to rain on the farther side of the island, but where I was taking this shot from, the sun was shining bright and warm.

This was taken in Puka Beach, still on Boracay island in the province of Aklan. Puka beach does not have the beautiful powdery white sands of the famous White Beach of Boracay because there are lots of shells, known as Puka shells hence its name. But this place is equally beautiful.. it's isolated and if you are after getting a gorgeous tan while listening to the sound of the waves and feeling the sea breeze, this is the place to be. To get here, you can either take a tricycle ride (and I heard it's gonna be quite a bumpy, long ride), or have a boat take you to this place. In most boating activities, a stop in Puka beach is included in the itinerary.

Hope you can all tell me what you think about this photo.. thanks for stopping by!
