Melbourne was recently voted as one of the top cities in the world for being "Best/Most Livable Cities". This view is looking down the Yarra River which disects the city. On the horizon is Port Phillip Bay.

I like this urban landscape...for the low light conditions,for the view and the cars looking like miniatures...

Hi Murray,

The curve of the Yarra and the reflections in the water are assets to the composition. The point of view is allowing us to see the details and colors of the architecture of the buildings. The presence of the cars on the bridges has an effect of scale. The light of the late afternoon is giving a good contrast to the colors. Have a nice day.

High. Blue is the color, as it was said. Very good photo with really interesting gamma, and information is interesting as well. Comfiest place to live in Europe is Vienna, according to the same rankings.
