The colors in the wave is realy what you see. The water comes up from the deep pacific ocean onto a rock self and it is always green/blue at the diferent angles.I love this spot for the that reason.To get this shot took great risk to me and my camera.I would jump down onto the self ,focus,shoot and run! I always carry a life jacket on me just in case I get washed in.

Very nice shot, this wave is quite impresive. and the colors are really fantastic. I love surfboard, and you see there that there is a lot of power in this tube. Well done Richard !

It's a great shot... how did you do it? (From a boat? A surfboard?)

This is just wonderful. Because you have here different textures of the water and different coours. The turquoise layer is very surprising. This illustrates very well the power of the ocean.

To my mind exceptional, dramatic picture!!! Much better than the special effects in catastroph movies due to clear colours, dramatic whitewater!

taking risks for the perfect shot is a great hero-ish thing to do, and geez, you really figured made it stand out from other waveshots with the different hues and lights incorporated in this!
