Photographer's Note

I was walking on the public boardwalk in Miami Beach when I walked by a guy crouching down and looking through binoculars into the pool area of a hotel on the strip. I was wondering what the heck this peeping tom was doing, then I noticed him taking out his camera and starting to take pictures. Private investigator? Or scumbag paparazzo? I thought about kicking him in the nuts but I decided to take some video of him instead. This is a frame from the video.
