Around Seward, South-Eastern Alaska.
A creek entering Resurrection Bay. The mountains on the background are on the other side of the bay.
During summer, Seward wakes up and turns in a nice resort with a marina, tourists coming for trekking, salmon fishing, wildlife tours. In winter, everything sleeps here...

Olga, very nice, it says cold and lonely in a very loud voice, I love it. The composition is exciting from the tree tops on the right to the river bend on the left, great work.

Hello Olga,

As gloomy as it gets I would say. But looking at the terrain I'm sure that it can get even gloomier here!
Salmon fishing. Hmmm... I like salmon. Think I'll make pasta with salmon when I'm back in the Netherlands. It's rice, rice, rice here in Uganda and that's fine. But salmon... ;-)
