This is a photograph of Grand Canyon of Colorado river which is one of the seven natural wonders of the world. The canyon is about 277 miles long, ranges in width from 4 to 18 miles and attains a depth about 5000 feet. The major sedimentary rock units exposed in the Grand Canyon range in age from the 2000 million year old Vishnu Schist at the bottom to the 230 million year old Kaibab Limestone on the Rim. This photograph has been taken from the south rim of the Canyon.

So, you are driving around these places huh! I have seen your other pictures. You must have astonished by seeing this place. But compared to your other pictures this one didnot turn out very good (again compared to the place you were!). Grand Canyon has a record of highest revenue place w.r.to tourists visit. When I visited that place, I asked how to get to the boat tour on the colorado river. I was told there is a 2 year wait. I dropped that idea.
