Bowling Ball Beach in Southern Mendocino county, California is one of my favorite local places to photograph. I've visited this beach numerous times and have been often thwarted by the unpredictable weather. On this morning, I was pessimistic about my chances but glad I stuck it out.

Hello, a really beautiful, soft hued image of the seashore. Excellent diagonal lines leadin into the scene adds alot of depth. The two second exposure gives that milky look to the wave action in the rocks.

Hi Mike,
That is a really effect on the natural canal here, something I have wished I could do! Your composition is excellent, leading from lower right. The textures of the rocks is splendid and the colours of the skies is really beautiful.
