The format is a bit too small for my taste but otherwise it seems to be a gorgeous image.

I like your shot Kurt, it has a nice composition (several lines dividing the photo). The framing is also good. However I agree, that in bigger format we could see more details.

From the thumbnail I thought it looked great but when opening it my enthusiasm diminished a little. I like the colors, the nice trees against the sky, but I feel first that the colors are too much saturated, especially the sky which seems almost like being added and secondly, I do like the diagonals reaching at the same point but unfortunately they are leading us on the border of even almost outside the photo.

first of all, the posting is very small, it would be nicer to view a larger version. but, that's cause it's such a nice photo!

very nice colors and lines. you were at a good angle, and the path works well. the bright yellow of the changing leaves work well against the dramatic sky.

i'm not sure if i would prefer to see the tree tops or not...it might have been nicer if the tree tops weren't cut off. but this is nice too.

also, i see a little bit of red...is that a butterfly?
