Photographer's Note
Ansel Adams, one of the best landscape photographers ever, taught everybody that the light makes the real difference between an usual picture and a good one.
I am far from being Ansel Adams, but the light conditions in Bryce Canyon in this case were really fantastic. I hope I have managed to get the best out of them.

Hello Stefano,
For the joke I would have said you are much better than Mr. Adams because you succeeded to get the colors ;-) what is not nothing for such landscapes.
Yes, you are right, the light, especially for landscape is a key parameter and it is on this shot. I saw many photos from this place but this one got the special things. A photo worth to print in large size.
Yves.

Hello Stefano,
You are right: the light is most important thing in photography. And you were lucky to have such a light! The colors and the contrasts are very nice.

Ciao Stefano,
This is a strikingly beautiful image. You were indeed fortunate to have such accommodating light, but as I have seen from your other photos, you have a very good eye for portraying our American West. Many of your photos do a fine job of capturing the expansiveness of the area.
Best regards, Steve
