Three more impressions of the rich coloured rocks along the Artist Drive.

The colours and structure of rocks depends on the minerals and metals included in the rocks (iron compounds produce red, pink and yellow, decomposition of tuff-derived mica produces green, and manganese produces purple) and how it is formed (sedimentary rocks, volcanic rocks, metamorphic rock)

I add the dark frame to the picture to give the posts a screen format of 1920x1080 pixels
The idea is that, if you use the links in the text, you have a full screen image of the picture with the photo in the centre of a dark screen.
This works with the browsers and screens I use, but I’m not sure that everybody will have the same result.
