I like to visit some of my oldies. Here a little one dressed as an Indian maiden from the American Southwest maybe. Not all trick or treaters are scary little monsters who come out of the darkness. The piercing blue eyes got me on this one. If we could all entertain our inner child from time to time....this world would be a much better place.

You are right, this young lady has truly piercing, blue eyes.
If she were dressed in black, she could be very scary!
Excellent use of shallow dof to give sharp clarity against an oof b/g.

This portrait is definitely special. So many details really pull me in. Of course, those piercing, blue eyes are amazing, but the freckles, the red stripes and golden braid are all wonderful, too. The controlled focus really brings it all home. Very nice. :-)

yes, the intense blue eyes and the monalisa smile created a special mood with the fake indian adereces. very special angle and quality of image.
