Another facade of the colonial architecture of San Juan de Puerto Rico, here it is a blue version.
The city is everywhere decorated with the flag and the colors of this island associated with the USA.
But this flag ultimately brings to mind the most famous of Cuba's sister island! A triangle and an alternation of bands ... however the colors are reversed compared to the appearance of the Cuban flag.
On the Puerto Rican flag, the triangle is blue and the red and white bands, on the other hand for Cuba, the triangle is red and the blues and white bands!

Hello Jean,

The building almost represents the flag, itself!
In Western Europe, we would be unlikely to see a building painted with such bright colours, to such an extent.
It is vibrant and seems very patriotic.
Your close crop helps to create this flag shape.

Beautiful facade. And your close and wide angle shows it so well. Light on the bottom row figures looks good. Interesting fact about the flags. I had no idea about the similarity of Cuban and Puerto Rican flag.

A profound observation here, the flag resemblance is exactly as you had described it, pity in reality the two political systems are not in such mood.

As far as my Spanish understanding goes, this building is related in some way to the "men or boys" gender, maybe it's a smoking cigar club...? Haha.

Great looking up, from a frog's viewpoint, close craning backwards and upwards to make the shot. Its the converging verticals create such an impact, blended by some bright colours
detail and contrast. Impressive architectural shot.

curious as many flags in the world were inspired in the american one, some brazilian states have the same patterns but in green and yellow. nice view of this beautiful façade with the flag in evidence.
