Photographer's Note
These constructions give me some strange feelings, they attract me, they fill me with wonder and frighten me. The image of this bit of path traced on water, represents a kind of deferment, hope before an end which is already known for us. (Sory for the translation)

I'm sorry Yannic that I can't provide much help in terms of constructive criticism. i just want to congratulate you on this pleasing pic. Nice straighforward compo. Fine tonal range. Good job on exposure; despite the strong contasts there is plenty of details in the shadows.

Dear Yannick, I like how the path is leading into the picture, good for composition. The play of light with the shadows is also very nice. b&w works nicely here :) Yours, Jan

I like this in B&W, and the strong contrast, with the diagonals and symetry. Very well done.

Hi Yannick, 1st time I've seen your work and it won't be the last as this is great.
The muted tonal range is perfect for this setting and creates a wonderful calm feeling, the composition adds to that effect in its uncluttered simple and direct form.
Spot on.

Hi Yannick, You really got the picture the way you wanted, I do feel attracted yet a bit overwhelmed by this. You've mastered the use of light & shadow with this one, and the B&W works super here. Maybe a bit of cropping from the top
I don't know why you don't get much more responses to your shots.

Great shot. You have captured some nice texture in the wood. I like the bold composition with the converging lines and the shadows fall right between the posts on the right hand side. I would crop some of the sky. Very Nice
