Our local phot club held a contest with barns being the subject. I shot many different barns. This one was my favorite. It tied for first place.

For start you did very well,I like your shot for :
-Nice & soft contrast between colors
-vivid & real colors you captured very good
-How you composed the red building in right-top with horizontal dark lines in bottom in the frame
-lovely Defocused yellow flowers in foreground
-two cows in far ;)
And : great composition
BUT :Where is your note?!
Ok,here it's not bad to write about our shots for giving the more information to friends for sharing:)

Welcome here. You have a really nice barn and I like the little yellow flowers on the foreground. I wish we could see the barn and the cow hiding behind it a little closer.
The colors are great. My favorite is the cow hiding in the back.

Framing is interesting with the house on the corner, that misses a little light but the colors are beautiful nevertheless.

Great composition, and very good colours, I prefer that the flowers and the bushes at the forground wouldn't be there to make it a simple frame.

A very nice first post Ray. Well seen. I am especially very fond of the curious cow on the right that just peeks around the corner of the barn.

Good framing and wonderful contrast between the red barn and the green pasture and surrounding forest. The strong colors and simple composition really make the photo stand out. Great work.
