Photographer's Note

Small boat harbor in Seward, Alaska. Taken at dusk, which was about 10pm or so at that time of year in this latitude.

Seward is a small town on the east coast of the Kenai Peninsula. It serves as the southern terminus of the wonderfully scenic Seward Highway, which begins in Anchorage. The town is also the jumping off point for many excursions into Kenai Fjords National Park, with it's abundant wildlife, mountainous terrain, numerous glaciers, and of course deep water fjords.
