The 'ao dai' is the traditional Vietnamese dress for women, and men also, albeit in different designs. But this here is the more modern version which does not cover the arms and less discreet and conservative.

I shot this photo during the filming of an SBS television show which depicted Vietnamese girls in their traditional 'ao dai' in one episode.
