This is Sydney's famous Bondi Beach at sunset. It's probably the most popular of our many beaches but arguably not the most beautiful.

A good POV, of the beach, the sea and the beach apartments, the photo has a good composition, DOF and nice colors. A good compo showing the relationship between Sydney and beach life. Very well done
Why do so people go to Bondi,so many more nicer beaches.

Hello Lisa! Bondi Beach is fun. Of course there are other romantic beaches in Australia but it is great to have the opportunity so close to a center to go for a swim or walk at the beach. Very nice composition, Lisa. I love the warm golden tone on the water that comes from the late light of the day and of course the "tiny" people with the town houses in the back. Hello Lisa,
A lovely golden light enhances the composition to good effect. The vertical format works very well emphasising the curves of the incoming tide. The buildings in the background put everything in context.

You've captured a fabulous light here !
The warm golden facades reflected on the water are marvelous. The brown tones against the blue give a strong impact to your shot.
The vertical format is very well chosen to play with the curves and emphasizes the scene.
It seems to be a charming place indeed.

Carissima Lisa,
molto azzeccata la scelta del "verticale" in questa bellissima immagine. il POV è ideale per questo tipo di immagini, i riflessi dorati sulla spiaggia sono spettacolari, ed i toni di colori così caldi rendono la foto molto suggestiva. Beati voi!

I would not have recognised it. Use of tele fooled me completely. It looks much more romantic like this. Sunset light, less people strolling around and lots of wet sand showing reflections on low tide.

Good framing at telezoom to take only a piece of the landscape and put in evidence the game between the golden tones of the fronts and their reflections on the blue tones of the sea and waves. It works very well on this shot.

I don't get over your side enough, I didn't recognize this as Bondi, I had to look at the location information.
Good compo, the vertical crop works, I like the late arvo tones.

Great lights in this capture of an Aussie icon: I have to agree with your comment 'not the most beautiful' - some of WA's beaches could probably lay claim to that distinction (not that I'm biased!!). I looked very closely, but I couldn't see any "white pointer's", either (!!!!!).

The warm light of sunset is nice and quite, wawe and wet sand reflection they create an amazing effect too...the exposition is very well adjusted...good shot, i take this in my favorite pictures.

Hi Lisa, The 70-200mm lens helps give a very good view along this beach, a wonderful place to walk when not too crowded, like this day. The image has many details which combine together well to give a sense of atmosphere. The sunlit apartments at the back look good in this low angle sun. TFS. Murray.
PS The only thing i don't like at this beach is the parking fees!
