Photographer's Note

The last of my recent series of scans from trips to Central Australia and for this one I've returned to Watarrka National Park and Kings Canyon with its fabulous high red walls (this time from my second visit in 1999). At the bottom of the "V" is a spot where after rain there is a waterfall that starts half way up the cliff - there is usually water in a waterhole above the waterfall. The waterhole is a favourite for walks doing the loop around the top of the cliffs - it is very welcome on a hot day.
Scanned from a negative.
