Green overload, a photo from Fiordland, South Island

Photographer's Note

On a rare sunny day on the Milford Track the greens are overpowering. Here the green trees rise from the banks of the even greener Clinton River. Patches of orange moss on the cliff behind provide some contrast.

This is the first part of the Milford Track, which can be done as a day walk, starting and finishing with a ferry boat ride along beautiful Lake Te Anau.

A wonderful place for to make a pleasant stroll between the green area.
Excellent composition, with pleasant colours.
Also perfect perspective and depth picture.
You play excellent with light and shadows.

Hello Vincent,
I don`t recall ever seeing a green river until now, combined with the lush vegetation it does explain your title!
The upright format works well helping as it does to give some idea of the steep sided, verdant environment.
