Photographer's Note

Milford Sound has a renowned two permanent waterfalls - Lady Bowen Falls and Stirling Falls, irregardless of the weather, these two waterfalls are always there, however, it become more intense if there is rain.

Then how to distinguished between the two. After much comparison and if i did not hear the commentary wrongly, this shot shows Stirling Waterfall as it is part of the dessert for taking Real Journey Cruise.

On the other hand, Lady Bowen Falls are characterized with small islets blocking in front making it inaccessible for big vessel to cruise in. Correct me if i am wrong.

As our cruise drove nearer to this Stirling Fall, these two passenger quickly zipped up their rain-coat and bended outwards in order to witness the splashing of Stirling Fall whilst heavy downpour.

And it was exactly due to heavy downpour, the vibration we felt were enormous. Luckily this shot is still clear.

Right after this shot, my camera lens was soaky wet :-)
