End of Cruise, a photo from Fiordland, South Island

Photographer's Note

Bowen Falls (Lady Bowen Falls), named after the wife of Sir George Bowen, one of New Zealand’s early governors in the 1870’s. This spectacular waterfall is one of only two permanent falls and drops 160 metres from a classic hanging valley in the Darren Mountain Range.

It looked like a Dragon opening it's mouth to me

Sadly, seeing this fall signals that the end of my Real Journey would be ending in about 10mins

Again, it was still raining heavily after 2 hour 20mins of cruise.

Waterfalls have such an awesome beauty to them that they always compel one to want to capture the power and motion that is contained within them. I like this image for several reasons. The elements of a great visual story are all there. There is motion, power, a vast scope of distance and height, and of course, a water mist in air. Very nice photo.
