Photographer's Note
Lake Titicaca is a deep blue lake located at the Bolivian-Peruvian border. This lake is characterized with several small Islands, one of them is Isla del Sol. Me and my friends set a day hike from the little Bolivian town of Copacabana toward a little village called Yampupata, from which we had to cross a strait to the Island. Our mean of transportation across the strait was a 20 year old row boat, managed by a 70 year old fisherman. Amazed, we saw how he stroked powerfully through the cold and blue waters for a whole hour, consistent and carrying a load of five tourists. He will open the theme "People at work".
About picture taking: I measured and locked the exposure from the fisherman face, as the sun shone directly from behind him.

Very nice, I like the light on his face very much, good exposure control.

Very nice, I like how the fisherman's outstretched arm pulls me in to his well lit face and the wonderful character that lives there and then his eyes pull me out to the side to view the famous surroundings.
