Photographer's Note

According to what I was told, this is Tubel Vilela Square, with the Santa Terezinha Cathedral on the left, in the center of the city of Uberlândia, which is the second largest city in the state of Minas Gerais, with over 600,000 inhabitants. Unlike what the name suggests, the name of the town has nothing to do with the app Uber.

Hello Fabiano,
It's amazing that a taxi app is better known than a fairly large city like this. I admit I had never heard of Uberlandia, but it looks like a fine city in this photo. The façade of the tallest building was made to create superb reflections, and also in the windows to the right we see lovely sunset colours. I like the soft tones of the sky contrasting with the dark green park. You found yourself a good place for this view and managed a very well taken photo.

A really cool photo of the skyline of this city. I really like the light here, which is reflected so nicely in the glass. The architecture shows a nice variety of styles. The green park adds a nice foreground.

Like you, I love to find out about places that I have never visited and, in this case, that I have never heard about!
It looks like a modern city, with lots of evidence of high rise buildings.
I particularly like how you have chosen a time and a place when the evening sun is being reflected warmly from the windows.

I did not know that there is Uberlandia in Brazil, and so populous. Charming light in the evening. Nice city center with the impressive park. Have you found the tower to climb or just you found the high building?
In Poland, Uber eats is popular.

I Know you posted this photo a long time ago, but I had to take a closer look. what strikes me right away is the amount of trees and nature in the city, thats awesome. Second, are the two main interesting towers, the far left skinny clock tower and the rounded tower of glass in the middle. The buildings look to be from the 1950's or 60's. Excellent overview from this pov. cheers

meu irmão fez faculdade aí e visitei a cidade no dia de sua formatura, isso duas décadas atrás.lembro da igreja feiosa e do prédio redondo. muito boa essa vista clássica da cidade. a cidade deve ter tido muitas transformações nos últimos 20 anos.
