At this point of the treking we found this empty field that probably was used to produce beens but was empty for while, waiting for the winter that is very hard in this area where there are many frosts.In the background we see 4 araucaria trees, native from this area, three of them were trimmed by the farmers to avoid their shadows over the plantations. This tree is protectded by law and it is prohibited to cut them.

Neste ponto da nossa caminhada nos deparamos com este campo vazio, provavelmente usado para a produção de feijão e esperando já a chegada do inverno que aqui é bem rigoroso e onde as geadas são bem frequentes. Ao fundo temos 4 araucárias, nativas desta área, reparem que 3 delas estão com os ramos aparados, o que é feito pelos sitiantes para evitar somnbra sobre a área de cultivo. Estas árvores são protegidas por lei e seu corte é proibido.

Protected by law, but not by farmers, Jorge.
The lone 4 trees I assume were the remains of an ancient forest, cut and made room for fields.
Good document, giving an idea of contemporary known problem, especially in Brasil rainforests.
Nice presented an importent note and picture.

Hermoso paisaje y esplendida composicion, me gustan estos cuatro grandes arboles, que parecen como grandes flores mirando al cielo, que por cierto tiene unas preciosas nubes, la verde llanura con mucho arbolado resulta deliciosa.
Buena luminosidad y una preciosa gama de colores.
