Photographer's Note

With 430 thousand square meters and nine mineral springs with therapeutic and medicinal properties, the Water Park of São Lourenço is the main tourist attraction of the city. In the photo, a view of the main lake from the park's restaurant; and in the workshop, a closer view of the paddle boat that can be seen in the distance.

Hello Alexandre,
Your birds are prettier, but the reflections you captured here are quite beautiful. They're just slightly distorted by the tiny ripples on the surface, just enough to make the entire photo more interesting. And those of us who like your bird photos get some satisfaction in the WS. ;-)

A great view of the park and the houses on the other side of the water. They look great in this bright sunlight, but of course their reflections steal the show. Well done.

Tremendous symmetrical reflections in the mirror like water of the fg. Good color, sharpness and saturation. The small paddle boats in the distance provide a focal point. Tfs!

uma bela vista do lago com os edifícios diante dele. antigamente águas termais eram mais famosas para terapia, em portugal isso ainda é um fato, uma tia minha nunca perde uma estadia de um mês nas termas a cada ano, é o remédio dela. mas aqui no BR essas águas são mais usadas para laser.

If you are going to have a reflection, this is a very good one!
I love how the tall buildings seem stretched and shimmering in the surface of the water.
To be truthful, the reflection seemed so interesting and complete, that I never noticed the paddle boat. Of course, when you pointed it out, it became obvious!

Hi Alexandre,
the reflection and great light make the view into a spectacle for our eyes.
The buildings are relatively simple but in this light they appear amazing. And the refection is thanks to the light exceptionally vivid.

i'm always a fan of these city shots, and with the water reflections its that much better. No matter which city i visit, these are scene i'm always hunting for. clear, consice, sharp, well placed in the frame. looks good to me!

Alexandre, the lake is surrounded by apartment blocks. I suppose they are used as accomodation by both the local population and by the tourists coming in Sao Lourenço for medical purpose. Nice reflection on the water. Fine colors, good image quality, instructive photo note, regards.
