Light flow across the Taroa Dune in La Guajira, Colombia.
I wish I could post a video of the light dancing accross the dunes, it is sheer magic. I have to admit that I discovered La Guajira through the films of Ciro Guerra, and his Birds of Passage is filmed in La Guajira, with the indigenous community.

I keep returning to this image. The sand dune cutting through the image creates a very distinctive view. Great contrast on colors to bring about a view that cannot be missed.

Hi Tanja and possible fellow Pentax user (on your home page you just list the K-R which is quite an antique for a digital camera so you may have moved on)
Most people don't think of this sort of scenery in Colombia. A good photo of this amazing sand dune.
