MACHU PICCHU V !
Walking around the ruins of MACHU PICCHU is an unforgettable experience! In addition to all the view from the highest spots around, what mostly impressed me was being immersed in the ruins, seeing all of its details much closer than I've ever seen in any picture!
And I think, by now, you all already know that I usually take lots of pictures when I visit a place! Thus, I'm trying to reach 100 (one hundred) pictures of my trip to Peru, trying to select the ones I think are the best and that show in an interesting way all the places I was while visiting that wonderful Country!
So, BACK TO PERU...
And now, 05 posts to go...

Hello Neyvan,
What a fantastic shot at Machu Pichu. The site is very close to my heart, and high on places that I would like to visit. It is also high in the Andes! Recently, while on a lecture trip to Phuket in Thailand, I met a Peruvian graduate student whose grandfather had been the first photographer of Machu Pichu. Take a look at the photos of Martin Chambi from a century ago.
Finally, you had suggested a workshop for one of my last posts, Jean Charles (JCG) was moved by your advice and produced improvement in the image.
Warm regards,
Bulent

Hello ney,
I like the point of view here, looking through the stone doorway and along the line of the old stone walls towards the distinctly shaped mount. Everything comes together to make a pleasing long perspective. The image has good light, colours and sharpness and some interesting shadow play.

Roger

Ola Ney, what superb perspective. The vertical frame and large forground really emphasise the perspective. You have also achieved a superb depth of field, every detail on the mountain in the background is evident. TFS and I wish you a good day, Lisa

Bonjour Neyvan,
j'aime beaucoup ce cadrage, efficace avec ce chemin qui mène le regard vers cette crête inaccessible ou du moins assez verticale. Beaucoup de profondeur et de perspective, c'est très bien vu.
My best regards.
Daniel.

Hi Neyvan
Finally Machu Picchu, thks for your effort in showing us the images of this great civilisation I truly enjoyed. Superb ruin set at the height of this mountain range. Good pov with depth and dynamism, good sharpness and much detail textures of the fg with scenic mountain in the backdrop. Inclusion of the arch gives an extra impact as a whole. Well done Neyvan, Congrats. TFS

Hello Neyvan,
The natural frame made by the rocky door is very interesting. You managed to have a great depth of field... and to avoid to include a guy in the picture!
