Sunset view from Picnic Bay in Wilsons Promontory National Park.

The southernmost point of the Australian mainland, Wilsons Promontory (affectionately known to Victorians as 'the Prom') is arguably the most loved national park in Victoria. Its 130 km coastline is framed by granite headlands, mountains, forests and fern gullies. The park contains the largest coastal wilderness area in Victoria.

Hi Steve,
As one sunset man to another, beautiful.
The colours are glorious and that tiny orange ball on the horizon, superb.
Lovely POV and composition. A perfect example.

Hi Steve. A serene impression. Those little clouds form a colourful diagonal across the sky, their pink underbelly looks attractive against a neutral background. The sea looks calm addinga dreamy mood to the image. Regards. Klaudio.

2 Australian sunsets in a row. Looks as though you had yours all to yourself - whereas I took mine amongst the crowds. You scene is peaceful and the colourings complement the atmosphere. A place to visit when one day I go 'on the wallaby'. Tfs, Marlene

Hi Steve, this Picnic Bay is some place. And you have brought it to us so expertly. The sunset is amazing, I like the low POV, the DOF is so clear I could kill you and the FG is also sharp and well exposed. Great job, TFs and I hope your Sunday is going very slowly for you, Lisa.
