Photographer's Note

As a fan of the Bronte sisters this photo for me captures a nice little winter moment that is reminiscent of their work.

I walked 31km that day (18 miles for those who do things differently) took a lot of photos, this is my first post of the photos I have yet to share.

Taken at Sunset near Paracombe in the Hills.

And yes my legs are still sore from yeterdays hike. :(

I like the panoramic framing here. The black and white silhouette is great too....great shot, even though I didn't like that book!

minimalistic picture, but everything is there: good POV, long landscape format, B&W good to be in accordance with your comments . Maybe the sharpness can be improved.

Great shot Andrew! I love the uneven horizon, the simple silhouetting of the trees, the balance, and the cropping. Really a simple but great photo! Well done.
