Green Route Trek, a photo from Karnataka, South

Photographer's Note

We started our Green Route Trek from Donigal Railway Station in Sakleshpur and our Destination was Yedukameri 17km away.
we walked over tracks and pebbles ..through tunnels and bridges. Walking over the pebbled tracks and pitch black tunnels was especially tuff. The longest tunnel that we encountered was 572m. And if that wasn't enough walking over the bridges were pretty scary as most of fish plates were nearing their life and about to come off any moment...!!
But all the pain and the risk is totally worth taking because the view that one gets to see here is truly majestic. Nature at its charming best.

After reaching Yedukameri we trekked 6Kms through the Tropical forest and crossed two streams to reached the Highway and also the End of our amazing Journey.

Nice shot. I like the panoramic view. Very good composition with these railway track leading eyes towards beautiful mountains and disappearing on the left part of the photo - well considered. Nice contrasting colours. Maybe the sharpness is little bit to high on the mountain chain but it's just a thought. Well done.
