Photographer's Note

Three pictures (main plus two Workshops) from the canals and gardens in Nimes.

Decorated with vases and statues, the Jardins de la Fontaine count as one of the major public gardens in Europe. They were laid out in the eighteenth century on the site of the ancient spring, an area that includes the Tour Magne and the Temple of Diana.

Fantastic place for walking and relaxing. I like these three views, and I have more. It was difficult to choose the main post.

Light and shadows mingling beautifully, Malgo, gave a nice autumn ambiance through.
The curve of the canal shows the the trees shadows and their reflection of the wall and water. Charming object.

Ładne zdjęcie, ładne miejce, interesujące, dobry kadr, dobra kolorystyka, dobra saturacja. Zabawne te liście u góry. Dodają fotografi pieprzu. Cisza, spokój, nic tylko siedzieć (albo stać) i patrzeć.
Well done!
PS. Własnie zdjęli mi druge zdjecie, wczorajsze z Kozłówki. A zatem, jak się rzeklo, spływam (przynajmniej na jakiś czas).

Dobar dan.
Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Dobar rad sa lepim fotografijama u radionici, lepo pokazano, dobra perspektiva i kontrast, lepe boje, lepo uhvacen trenutak. Lepa arhitektura i drvece na obali, lep refleks na vodi. Lepo mesto za setnju pored reke i odmor u hladu drveca.
Zelim vam lep dan za odmor, sve najbolje.

Hello Malgo,
Three well taken photos from an elegant city, or at least a small part of it, where I imagine you had a nice walk. It was a beautiful day with perfect light and colours. But how is it possible that nobody else was going for a walk in this beautiful area on such a fine day? (I don't really miss the people in the photos, I'm just surprised.)

Hello Malgo,

This is a most attractive shot with wonderful changes of light and shadows.
The reflections in the water are really stunning.
I like how you have composed the scene so that the curve guides seemlessly from the shadows into the sunlight.

You have reason, it's difficult to choose the main post between your three good photos of this place.
But in this one, I like the curve of the canal and the nice reflections of the sky and the trees on the water, as a blue mirror.
The wonderful colors of autumn give a high aesthetical and chromatic quality in your composition.

This reminds me of the curved elliptical lake in central Padua in Italy. Good sharpness and wonderful intense blue skylight reflections in the water. Tfs!

I like the reflections on the water. The length canal is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the detaild of the trees showing the fall colors. The light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.
