One of invisible waterfalls that you can't see from visitor's area and waterfalls are constantly changing due to erosion and other factors like ice, water level changes, etc.
If you are wondering what is happening in the top portion of the photo, it is mist, these waterfalls are about 100 ft tall and they are producing a lot of mist in the air.
